Aquila

Aquila is a US grown aroma hop and is no longer in commercial production. It had limited use even when it was grown commercially due to the high cohumulone levels. Very little exists on its profile due to its discontinuation.

Aquila was frequently used in American Ales and Farmhouse Ales.

You could substitute Aquila with Cluster (US) and/or Galena (US)

Co-Humulone as % of Alpha Acids: 46%

Total Oils (mL/100g): 1.45

Myrcene: 61-63%

Humulene: 1-3%

Caryophyllene: 4-6%

All Others (including β-pinene, linalool, geraniol & selinene): 25-32%
