Castle (Château) Malted Grains Rye Malt

A fully mopdified de-husked type of malt with a high beta glucan content. It performs well in a single temperature infusion mash. It will give a golden color to your beer. It imparts a unique touch of rye flavor and adds an interesting complexity by performing a new twist in many well known beer styles.
