This is the perfect starting point for beginners! It is quick and easy to use but has tons of possibilities. With this kit you can make Mozzarella, Burrata, String Cheese, Goat Cheese, Ricotta, Paneer, Queso Blanco or Farmers Cheese all in one hour or less! You just simply have to add milk!

This Kit will make 8 batches of cheese, each batch will weight 1-1.5 pounds, except for the goat cheese which will only make 8 ounces.
