Caseinate de Potassium (Caseine Soluble) - 1 oz.
This will remove oxidized phenolic (brown colored) and bitter compounds in white wines.
Usage: Dissolve 2.5g in 25 mL of water per gallon treated (1 tablet per 6 gallon batch) and allow to swell for 4 hours. Add to wine and mix well. Rack off sediment in 2 to 15 days.
