Herbal, honey-like character typical of dandelion wine is present in this blend of juice concentrates and dandelion flower extract. It also features HFCS, malic acid and natural flavors all desgined to make a fermentable base for a dandelion wine blend at 18.9Brix. The product is blended, pasteurized, filled into gallon containers and stored at ambient temperature. Diammonium phosphate is added as a yeast nutrient.
