Moscato Wine Base by Vintner's Best
This blend of Muscat and other juice conentrates, HFCS, malic and citric acids, as well as other natural flavors is designed to make a fermentable base for a moscato wine blend with a Brix of 18.9. There is a strong moscato grape character to this wine.
It is blended, pasteurized, filled into gallon containers and stored at ambient temperatures. Diammonium phosphate has been added as a yeast nutrient.
Color when made as a Single Strength Batch: Pale Yellow
