Prosecco Wine Base by Vintner's Best
This blend of white grape and other juice concentrates is designed to make a fermentable base for a prosecco wine blend at 18.9 Brix. It is blended with HFCS, malic acid and other natural flavors then pastuerized, filled into gallon containers and stored at ambient temperature. Diammonium phosphate has been added as a yeast nutrient. It has the typical Champagne type character as you would expect in this style.
Color when Made as a Single Strength Batch: Pale Yellow
