Dried Elderflowers
Dried Elderflowers can be used in many different manners ranging from tea to winemaking and have even been used historically in moonshine. The actual flavor of the elderflower is a unique blend of fresh, fruity, and green with a slight floral note. There is subtle pear, lychee and tropical nuances which really make it a memorable ingredient. It helps to blend different aromas with familiar and interesting ones giving it a broad appeal.
We highly recommend adding it to Elderberry wine to enhance the flavor and aromatics, but they can be used alone to make an Elderberry wine.
