Grapefruit Peel

Grapefruit Peel is made from the zest of a grapefruit and then dried. It is extremely aromatic and has a robust citrus flavor that is bitter yet slightly sweet. It is great when used in Summer Ales, IPAs, and Saisons, and can be a nice surprising twist as a substitute when you might normally use lemon or lime peels.
