Spike's CIP Ball was designed specifically for use with smaller homebrew pumps as opposed to toher CIP balls on the market designed for more powerful pro brewery pumps.
It fits through a 1.5" TC port which allows for quick install of the CIP Ball into your lid after Brew Day or onto your fermenter after fermentation.
We recommend a 5-10 CIP with 160F brewery wash to get your fermenter nice and shiny again.
It has been tested with larger sump pumps which are also commonly used for CIP applications.
