Ba11 Wine Yeast

This strain is a white wine yeast that will produce big mouthfeel. It will encourage aromas of orange blossom, pineapple and apricot, yet in relatively neutral white varieties it will bring out tropical fruit, cream, vanilla and spice.

It has an alcohol tolerance of 16%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
