Cabernet Red Wine Yeast WLP760


White Labs Cabernet Red Wine Yeast (WLP760) is an extremely versatile strain that is used for full-bodied red wines. It has an ester production that complements dry aromatic white wines as well! It is a wine yeast that can be used for practically any style of wine.

It's a great choice for Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, New World Red WInes, Old World Red Wines, and Zinfandels. 

This is vault strain and has limited availability. 

Flocculation: Low

Alcohol Tolerance: Very High (15+%)

Optimum Fermentation Temperature:  60 - 90F
