Kolsch II 2575-PC

The Wyeast 2575-PC Kolsch II yeast strain is an authentic Kolsch strain from one of Germany's leading brewing schools. It has a rich flavor profile that will accentuate a soft malt finish. It has low to no detectable dactyl production and well ferment well at colder temperatures for fast lager type beers.

Attenuation: 73 - 77

Optimal Temperature Range: 55 - 70 F

ABV: 10
