Rustic B56
Imperial Yeast's B56 Rustic is a unique yeast strain that is perfect for use in beer styles where high ester levels are important. Typically this strain produces a lot of bubblegum and fruity and juicy aromas that will compliment complex maltiness. It is balanced by a light clove phenol profile.
It's a fabulous choice for Belgian Saisons and Farmhouse Ales.
If you are looking for a substitution we recommend using Wyeast Farmhouse Ale 3726 or Omega Belgian Saison II OYL042
