This deep and rich porter has a wonderful pecan wood and smoke flavor that will transport you directly to a bonfire in Texas. The rich malty flavor combines with notes of burnt sugar and caramel to sing against a thick and luscious body. The touch of BlackPrinz Malt not only adds a deep rich color but it also perfectly complements the sublte smoke notes from the Pecan Smoked Wheat Malt with its own hint of subtle roast. A nice creamy tan/light brown head has a great residual hold and will tempt you with its mouthwatering appeal. This beer can be drank young or let it mature for a couple of months and really let it take shape, you will not be disappointed with it!
All our Beer Kits come in a variety of Formulations with two yeast styles and enough ingredients to make 5 Gallons. You can choose from Malt Extract with Steeping Grains, Partial Mash, and All-Grain. You also can choose between Dry and Liquid Yeast. We recommend purchasing an ice pack for liquid yeast purchases that will be shipped.
