 Pumpkin Ale
A favorite in the fall season, this amber ale features seasonal spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, and sweet orange peel. Impress your friends with this perfect brew for fall. Our recipe is clean and sweetly malty, with just enough spice and hop bitterness to balance.

Style: Ale
ABV: 5.0%
Color: Amber

Summer Lemon Ale
This is a very refreshing beer, with medium body and a moderate hopping level that compliments the fruit flavor rather than competing with it. After experimenting with real lemon juice (too acidic!) we settled on a great natural lemon extract that works perfectly with this style. The lemon flavoring extract we use doesn't have preservatives in it, so remember to refrigerate the little lemon extract packet when you unpack your shipment.

Style: Specialty Fruit-style Blond Ale
ABV: 4.3%
Color: Golden

Winter Seasonal Ale
Do you like Wild Goose Snow Goose?  This is our version of the critically acclaimed 1997 vintage of a fine Maryland seasonal microbrew.  Our "Cambridge Winter Ale" recipe is a big, hoppy, deep copper colored and full-bodied ale.  The recipe uses almost 9 pounds of malt extract, 4 different grains, and 6 different kinds of hops.  This beer is quite robust but not too heavy for microbrew drinkers.

Style: Special Seasonal Ale
ABV: 7.1%
Color: Copper

Winter Warmer Ale
Our "Ice Melter" recipe makes a strong dark ale which is quite full-bodied and rich in flavor.  Alcohol content is high enough to achieve that "warming" feeling!  The recipe includes a special blend of 11 pounds of malt extracts, combined with three generous additions of American hops.  Noble-type hops are used for flavor and aroma. You'll taste a bold flavor combination of caramel malt, brown malt, and roasted malt.  Put a few bottles aside for next winter, because this beer ages nicely for a year.
Style: Special Seasonal Ale
ABV: 7.6%
Color: Deep Brown
