AW4 Premium Wine Yeast
Mangrove Jack's AW4 is a highly aromatic strain that is a moderately fermentor. This strain will confer fragrant aromatic esters that will enhance varietal expression and aroma. These positive aromatic impacts can be used to complete the natural aromatic qualities of the grape or to even enhance where the grape itself is lacking.
The aroma can be intense and is powerful, fragrantly fruity and has spicy notes. There is a moderate glycerol production meaning there is some enhancement to the body and mouthfeel. It is not suitable for wines about 14% ABV.
It is a great choice for White and Rose wines.
Optimal Temperature Range: 61-75F
Alcohol Tolerance: 14%
