BM45 Brunello Wine Yeast
Primarily used in Italian varietals and in Cabernets, but is helpful to create an amazing mouthfeel. The flavors produced include fruit jams, rose petals, cherry liquor, and notes of sweet spices, licorice and cedar wood.
It will require nutrients and is a moderate fermenter.
For up to 16% alcohol. Use 1 gram per gallon.
