Omega Yeast's OYL-016 British Ale VIII is thought to of originated from a highly regarded English ESB. It is a ridiculously thorough flocculator that has a unique fruitiness and noticeable finishing sweetness. It drops out quickly and completely. It is easy to crop but requires a diacetyl rest. In order to enhance the fruit, you should ferment at the high end of recommended temperature range.
