California Lager 2112


The Wyeast 2112 California Lager Yeast is a yeast strain that is particularly well suited for producing California Common-Style Beers. It will retain its lager characteristics even at temperatures up to 65 F. It will produce malty, brilliantly clear beers.

Note: This yeast strain is not recommended for cold temperature fermentation.

Attenuation: 67 - 71

Optimal Temperature Range: 58-68 F

ABV: 9
