The Wyeast 4766 Cider yeast is from the species Saccharomyces bayanus. It is a crisp and dry fermenting yeast that has a big, fruity finish. It will allow the fruit character to dominate the profile while creating a nice balance for all types of apples, pears and other fruit.

Optimal Temperature Range: 60-75 F

ABV: 12
