Mangrove Jack's M12 Kveik is a top fermenting yeast that will offer fast fermentation at very high temperatures while still retaining a neutral flavor character with subtle hints of citrus and orange fruit. This strain is highly attenuative and will leave moderately low levels of residual sugar that will result in a cleanly fermented beer that is relatively dry. It has the ability to reach up to 12% ABV making this a highly robust strain perfect for use in higher alcohol beers.
It is suitable for most hop forward Pale Ales and IPAs, as well as a wide variety of other styles that are neutral.

Alcohol Tolerance: 12%
