CR51 Premium Wine Yeast


Mangrove Jack's CR51 is a yeast strain that is used for Red Wine. It is a moderate fermenting strain that will produce a soft, velvety-smooth wine while enhancing aromatics of red berry fruit notes. The enhancement of these fruit aromatics, especially those of summer berries, will produce a wine with bright fresh aromas.

It is a perfect choice for a wine that is intended to be light, fresh and fruity.

Optimal Temperature Range: 61-75F

Alcohol Tolerance: 14%
