Our regular Oktoberfest recipe kit has become a best-seller, but we had people asking for a stronger version. Well, here it is! We increased the alcohol content by including more malt extract, plus enough German hops to put a bit more edge on this version of Oktoberfest. If you're a fan of strong, hoppy beers and want to celebrate the German way, this is just the ticket! Ultimate Oktoberfest uses a combination on Pale, Munich, and Crystal malts to achieve rich malty flavor and full body.
All our Beer Kits come in a variety of Formulations with two yeast styles and enough ingredients to make 5 Gallons. You can choose from Malt Extract with Steeping Grains, Partial Mash, and All-Grain. You also can choose between Dry and Liquid Yeast. We recommend purchasing an ice pack for liquid yeast purchases that will be shipped.
