Easy Clean

Easy Clean is an oxygen-based no-rinse cleanser that can be used to clean brewing equipment. Although it is not technically labelled for use as a sanitizer, there are numerous brewers and vintners that have reported success with using it as such according to the instructions.

It should be used at a rate of 1 tbsp per gallon of water. The equipment should be given at least a 2 minute contact time in this solution. If it is used at this rate and as a last step cleanser it does not require rinsing.

We offer this in two sizes: 8 oz. and 5 lb.
