White Labs European Ale Yeast (WLP011) is a vault strain, meaning that it has limited availability. A malty northern European-origin ale yeast. It's low ester production gives it a clean profile, with little to no sulfur production. Low attenuation helps to contribute to the malty character. Good for altbiers, Kolsch-style Ales, Malty English Style Ales and Fruit Beers

Attenuation: 65-70%
