White Labs Flor Sherry Wine Yeast (WLP700) is a single Saccharomyces isolate that creates green almond, Granny Smith apple and nougat characteristics that are frequently found in sherry. It is for use in secondary fermentation only. It will not make a flor pellicle.
Its a great choice for Any Dessert Wine.
