Amarone
“The Great Bitter” - a dry Italian wine. This full bodied wine is very ripe, raisin-y, and has very little acid. This ruby purple colored wine will not disappoint any dry wine lover, especially with its unique flavors of licorice, tobacco and fig.

Barbara With a vivid red hue this wine has a minimal amoutn of tannins which means it will not be astringent. The hue fully characterizes the full fruity flavors. The taste perception can very from fresh cherry to a plum-y boldness. If aged, this wine can have a touch of spice.

Barolo A profound red color really embodies this wine with its thick and complex flavor. Barolo can have tasting notes of roses, fruits, oak, and licorice.

Brunello There is a high acidity in this red wine, yet it still maintains a light body that is loaded with luscious black adn red fruits and chewy tanins.

Cabernet Sauvignon A rich, intense wine that has aromas of deep berry fruits and flowers. There is a smooth lingering finish.

Chianti This a very young tasting wine that has the fruity fresh appeal of Beaujolais and is typically a Sangiovese grape blend. It is often characterized by the juicy fruit notes of cherry, plum, and raspberry. Sometimes they can verge into a predominantly floral and cinnamon spicy bouquet.

Dolcetto Known as the “Little Sweet One”; traditional styles are light purple in color with low tannins, and have flavors of cherry, raspberry, jam with hints of spice.

Lambrusco This Italian wine known for its natural effervescence and we highly recommend serving it slightly below temperature. It is a sweet medium bodied wine that has berry tasting notes and a high acidity.

Merlot Softer and fruitier than Cabernet Sauvignon but there are many similar characteristics to it. It has black cherry, currant, cedar, and green olive tasting notes.

Montepulciano Hearty and acidic, there are dark fruity flavors and surprising hints of cocoa, chocolate, and caramel. It is easily one of the most underrated wines.

Nebbiolo This full flavored wine is well-balanced with high levels of acidity and tannins. Its aroma is memorable with roses and tar.

Sangiovese  This ruby red wine has luscious red cherry characters with hints of violets.

Tuscan Rosso There is a vibrant ruby red color to this wine as well as inviting luscious aromas of ripe berries and forest fruits.

Valpolicella This red wine is made from three grape varieties: Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, and Molinara. This wine is a light, frangrant table wine known for its sour cherry flavor. It's a great choice if your lookig for a young drinkable wine.
