Frascati This Italian white wine which can be either dry or sweet. Has a citrus, floral flavor and striking acidity. It can be served either still or in the Spumante (or Sparkling) style. These wines are made to be drank young.

Pinot Grigio A soft, gently perfumed white wine with hints of honey nut to spicy musk. It is one of the most popular whites.

 Trebbiano A refreshing, light-bodied white wine that has minimal aroma with subtle hints of lemon and stone minerality on the palate. It’s generally dry and crisp and has a fruity flavour finishing with a bitter almond note. Its easy-going qualities and medium alcohol content make it a very food-friendly wine, which is why it’s the most common varietal in Italy. The majority of Trebbiano wines are made to be enjoyed young.

Vermentino The bouquet of this wine is intense, with scents of citrus, leaves, and nuts. It can be served in an oaked or unoaked style. It has a dry, medium-light body and no tannins while there a medium-high acidity. The refreshing palate and pleasant finish makes this a perfect aperitif, and is also a tasty accompaniment to fish dishes.
