The Wyeast 4242 Fruity Wine is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It will produce an extremely fruity profile, that has bready aromas with notes of vanilla. It has high ester formation, yet it still allows the fruit character to dominate the aroma and flavor profile. It finishes slightly sweet and soft.
