FT Blanc Soft

This colorless white wine tannin is derived from Gall Nuts. You can use it at the start of fermentation to protect against oxidation or you can use it during aging and it will impart mouthfeel and a perception of sweetness.

To use mix throroughly into your wine. Use 0.2 to 0.6 grams per gallon and add 3 or more weeks before bottling.
