ICV D254 Wine Yeast
This strain comes from a Cotes de Rhone isolate and can be used for both red and white wines. It will enhance mouthfeel and color stability.
In a red it will give a jammy, concentrated, soft ripe fruit character with mild spiciness.
It will require nutrients and is a fast fermenter.
For up to 16% alcohol. Use 1 gram per gallon.
