It is a very nice yeast for British style cask ales as well.
It does not attenuate well, especially in high gravity worts which makes it perfect for your hazy IPAs resulting in the desired juicy character and body!
Jasper Yeast Packets are suitable for up to a 10 gallon batch with a single pitch with a starting gravity of >1.055. They contain at least 200 Billion yeast cells.
