MA33 Premium Wine Yeast
Mangrove Jack's MA33 has the ability to reduce malic acid by up to 30-35%. and reduce total titratable acidity. It is a moderate fermenting yeast strain that will soften the palate but will still contribute a significant amount of esters - conferring a fresh and fruity character to the wine that will hold up well over time even during aging.
The softening of the palate occurs due to the acid reduction and will create a wine that is soft, rounded and easy drinking.
It is a great choice for young wines intended for early consumption and for use with fruits high in acid.
Optimal Temperature Range: 64-82F
Alcohol Tolerance: 14%
