Melanoidin 6-Row Malt
Riverbend's Melanoidin Malt is crafted using Riverbend's classic 6-Row Thoroughbred barley. The high kilning temperatures are applied over a 24 hour period to create a nicely toasted aroma and flavor with notes of black cherry and tobacco. These flavors will add depth and complexity to Brown Ales, Imperial Stouts, and Dark Lagers.
