Octoberfest Lager Blend 2633


The Wyeast 2633 Octoberfest Lager Blend is actually a blend of Saccharomyces pastorianus.  It has been designed to produce a rich, malty, complex and full bodied Octoberfest style beer. It attenuates well while still leaving plenty of malt character and mouthfeel. It has a low sulfur production.

Flocculation: Low-Medium

Attenuation: 73 - 77

Optimal Temperature Range: 45-58 F

ABV: 9
