Old Ale Blend 9097-PC

The Wyeast 9097-PC Old Ale Blend is used to bring in a bit of English Brewing heritage to your brew. It is an attenuative ale strain that has a small amount of Brettanomyces. This blend will ferment well in dark worts and produce fruity beers with a nice complexity. The Brettanomyces adds a cherry pielike flavor and sourness during prolonged aging. 

Flocculation: Medium

Attenuation: 75 - 80

Optimal Temperature Range: 68 - 75 F

ABV: 14
