This stabilizing additive for beer and wine will remove polyphenolic compounds and oxidized melanoidins, meaning it will remove haze causing husk tannins and oxidized compounds that contribute to off flavors in your beer and will remove haze causing proteins and oxidized flavor and aroma compounds in your wine - making it taste fresher while still improving and enhancing the aroma.

While it removes haze it is not a primary fining agent. If you use more than the recommended usage it can strip color and flavor compounds from a beer. 

Store Polyclar at room temperature.

Usage: Use 1/2 gram per Liter of wine or beer. Dissolve directly into the wine or beer and stir, mixing extremely well. Wait a week and rack off the sediment.
