RBS 133 Wine Yeast

 This strain is unique in its ability to reduce the perception of acidity and astringency in high acid red wines. It is perfect for Sangiovese and Hybrid wines.

There are delicate fruit-forward aromas of cherry, blackberry, plum, and violets and vanilla.

It has an alcohol tolerance up to 15%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
