Sigmund Kveik Yeast WLP520


White Labs Sigmund Kveik Ale Yeast (WLP520) is a Kveik strain shared by Sigmund Gjernes from Voss, Norway, it is also known as Voss Kveik and can produce earthy-like flavors with a touch of orange peel aromas.

It is a superb choice for use in American IPA, Blonde Ale, Brown Ale, Double IPA (DIPA), Hazy/Juicy IPA, Pale Ale, Porter, Red Ale, and Stout.

Attenuation: 75-83%

Flocculation: Medium to High

Alcohol Tolerance: High (10-15%)

Optimum Fermentation Temperature:  72 - 98F
