Spirit Saison - JY010

Spirit Saison has historic origins from the Belgian Ardennes. It is full of charachter. 

It can create a creamy orange/citrus character when pushed to the higher temperatures of fermentation.

It is a great yeast for an intense Belgian-style Saison or Farmhouse Ale.

It is STA-1 Positive.
