Unaferms's SVG wine yeast will enahnce your varietal characteristics while metabolizing 25% of malic acid which makes it a great choice for higher acid Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and other dry white wines. It is a strong fermenter and will impart mineral, citrus, and spicy notes.
