Sweet White 4783


The Wyeast 4783 Sweet White wine yeast comes from the species Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It will produce the distinct Riesling character. There is a rich flavor, and a creamy, fruity profile that has a nice dry finish while still retaining a hint of Riesling sweetness in the aftertaste.

Residual Sugar: 0.25-1.0%
