White Labs Tennessee Whiskey Yeast (WLP050) is suitable for American Style Whiskeys and Bourbons. It is famous for creating rich smooth flavors. It is a clean and dry fermenting yeast that will tolerate high alcohol concentrations and has low ester production.

It is a superb choice for use in American Whiskey and Bourbon 

Attenuation: 75-80%

Flocculation: Medium

Alcohol Tolerance: High (10-15%)

Optimum Fermentation Temperature:  75 - 79F
