VR21 Premium Wine Yeast
Mangrove Jack's VR21 is a moderate fermenting yeast strain that will produce a well-structured and well-balanced wine. It will enhance dark fruit notes and will create a good palate length. The positive organoleptic impact of this strain promotes varietal fruit expression without detracting from the natural qualities of the grape itself.
Since this strain well develop dark fruit aromatics it will produce a wine with fruit forward aromas and a full body. It is gentle on the must and does not strip out any flavor, color or body and instead preserves and enhances these aspects of your wine.
It is a fabulous choice for any red wine style except high alcohol wines (those above 15% ABV).

Alcohol Tolerance: 15%
