W15 Wine Yeast
This strain was developed to ferment dry white wines when you desire bright fruit and yet heavy mouthfeel. It is known to respect the varietal character and is great for low temperature fermentations, as it ferments down to 50 degrees F.
It is also a great choice for cool climate light reds like Pinot and Syrah.
It has an alcohol tolerance of 16%. Use 1 gram per gallon.
