Berliner Weisse Blend WLP630


White Labs Berliner Weisse Blend (WLP630) is a blend of German weizen yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria. It creates a subtly tart, drinkable beer. This blend can take several months to develop tart character making it perfect for brewing a traditional Berliner Weisse. It is also very well suited for Gose Beers and Lambics.


Attenuation: 73-80%

Flocculation: Medium

Alcohol Tolerance: Medium (5-10%)

Optimum Fermentation Temperature:  68 - 72F
