White Labs English Cider Yeast (WLP740) is a classic cider yeast that ferments dry but will allow the retention of the flavor from the apples themselves.

 This is a great choice for a Cider as the name implies, but also works well in Apple Wine, Cyser, English Cider, and Semi-Sweet Mead

Attenuation: 80-100%

Flocculation: Medium

Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High (8-12%)

Optimum Fermentation Temperature:  68 - 75F
