White Labs Lactobacillus Delbrueckii Bacteria (WLP677) is a lactic acid bacteria that produces moderate levels of acidity and sour flavors that are traditionally found in Lambics, Berliner Weisse, Sour Brown Ales and Gueuze.
It can be used in Flanders Brown, Flanders Red, and Gose styles as well with great success.
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium (5-10%)
Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 70 - 75F
