White Labs London Ale Yeast (WLP013) has medium flocculation characteristics that allows attenuation up to 75% leaving a dry beer while adding malt complexity and pushing hop bitterness. If you love WLP001 California Ale Yeast you should give this strain a try as it has more character!
The Oak ester character makes this yeast well-suited for classic British Beer styles like Pales and Bitters, but also works amazingly well in dark malty beers like Brown Ales and Porters.
